Susan Plaisted of Heart to Hearth Cookery prepares an An original 18th century ice cream receipt (recipe) is prepared using her reproduction pewter sabotiere. The visitors participate in preparing the ice, turning the sabotiere, and having just a taste. $45 per person (a small transaction fee is applied).
